01  Principle of experimental device

The raise of the problem:
    "Moving clock delay", known as "clock slow effect", it has been directly proved by modern experiments. It is necessary to point out the frame of reference if we talk about the move. Now, which is the frame of reference about the moving clocks? the ground or the cosmic background? Because the clock slow effect is too weak, the conclusion of this problem has not been clear yet.

principle of the experiment :
     Two clocks are installed on sides of a revolving bar, and the revolving bar is driven to spin around the shaft which in the middle of the revolving bar, show as fig 1.01. let's analyse the movement of the two clocks.
     Looking at from the ground, the two clocks are moving at the same speed, only the direction of movement is different, the same speed will bring same delay. So the one clock is as fast as the other all the same.
     But, the earth itself is also moving. considering the speed of the earth in universe, the speed of the clocks is different. Obviously, the speed of the clock which is in the same direction with the earth is faster, its delay will be even more significant. So the one clock is not as fast as the other.
     Which case will happen? It can be only determined finally through experiment.
So there is the difficult. Or else, the problem has been solved long before. This needs patience to hunt the solution. Putting conventional ideas aside, after a careful study with modern technology, we find it is absolutely possible to distinguish this tiny change. It can be safe to say that the technology of mixer is used skillfully. It is said that, supported by state, modern scientists use advanced equipments, but what can you make by hand in workshop? We absolutely disagree with this opinion. However, it is proved that most important discoveries are not made by exquisite instruments. We also advise that with advanced instruments, we shouldn't do them, because it is doomed that we will not have any unexpected discovery.

Watch changes of clocks by mixer:
     Of course, the difference which result in the speed of clocks is very tiny. The method to solve is mixer technology. mixer are widely used in every field in daily life, such as TV sets, cell phones, radars and so on. A mixer has two input ports and one output port usual. If connecting two signals which frequencies is different to the input port, the beat frequencies can be get from the output port. Many manufacturers can provide series of standard products.
     The typical function of mixer is to watch the change of frequency. For example, there are two sine wave signals, one's frequency is 327680000Hz, another's is 327680053Hz . Obviously, the beat frequencies is 53Hz. Now, we suppose the latter frequency change into 327680054Hz, that is to say the time change 1/327680054s (=3ns). Also, the beat frequencies is 54Hz, the time change 1/54s (18518518ns). In this manner,  we can find the output has large change when the source has tiny change. In a certain sense, the mixer such as an amplifier of time change.The change of time has been magnified over 6 millions times.
      We installed the mixer in the middle of the revolving bar to watch the relative change of the two clocks' strictly.
